   1.1 The membership subscription fee is $30 per year, payable annually.
   1.2 The subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis until cancelled by either party.
   1.3 The membership subscription fee is non-refundable.

3. Membership Term and Renewal
   3.1 The membership term begins upon successful payment of the annual subscription fee.
   3.2 The membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription date, unless cancelled.
   3.3 To cancel your membership, you must notify the organization in writing or through the designated cancellation process at least 14 days before the renewal date.

4. Membership Termination
   4.1 The organization reserves the right to terminate a membership if:
       a) The member engages in behavior that is detrimental to the organization's reputation or goals.
       b) The member violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
   4.2 In the event of termination, the membership fee will not be refunded.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
   5.1 The organization will collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
   5.2 The organization will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

6. Liability
   6.1 The organization is not responsible for any damages or injuries incurred during participation in member events, workshops, or other activities.
   6.2 Members are responsible for their own well-being and should exercise caution and judgment during their involvement with the organization.

7. Amendment of Terms
   7.1 The organization reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   7.2 Members will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
   7.3 Continued membership after the notification of changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law
   8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
   8.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
