Mornington Peninsula Friends of Lospalos Inc is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Eligible tax-deductible donations have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status with the Australian Tax Office.

Mornington Peninsula Friends of Lospalos Inc is an Incorporated Association registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012. It operates independantly of any government entity under it's own rules and purposes.
